Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be tech-savvy?
No. ZiGo runs on world-class open source technology that we operate for you: nothing to install, no servers, no per-user licenses. You only pay your subscription.
How long until my account is ready?
A few minutes after payment is confirmed —our measured time is under five. You'll get an email with two logins: your Odoo, with a username and temporary password, and your ZiGo dashboard, with your own password.
Can I add modules or users later?
Modules yes, on your own from your dashboard: a one-time $100 fee and they install without migrating anything. To add users you still ask support, and they are prorated at renewal.
How does renewal work?
The subscription is annual. We remind you 30, 15, 7 and 1 day before with a payment link. If you don't renew, there's a 7-day grace period before your account is suspended.
Is my data safe?
Every customer gets an isolated instance and database, encryption in transit, daily backups kept for 35 days, and AWS hosting. You can also download a full copy whenever you want.
What does support include?
An AI agent available 24/7 in your dashboard that knows your account and can restart it, check your subscription or generate payment links. If you need a human, it escalates to the team.
